In 2024-2025 the PCN were contractually required to run a patient survey designed by North West London Integrated Care Board (NWL ICB). For 2025-2026 the PCN were required to do another survey to identify further gaps and work alongside patients to understand your issues and suggestions. However, for this survey the PCN were able to create the survey questions ourselves.
The survey ran from 19th January to 15th February 2026, with over 2800 responses received.
